1. Our devices has different warranty with different products and the warranty not include the damage incorrect installation , accident , misuse , abuse , improper wiring , and incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual .
2.The valid period of replacement is 14 days from the date of receiving the item .
3. You need to pay for the return postage and ship the item back to us , we will pay for the return shipment if you get the broken device . Please inform us of the reason of your order revocation and send us a clear picture or a video as a proof . Items returned to us without a report will not be processed .
4.Before sending , we have checked all our items carefully , if you received a broken defective item , just keep the original package and make a photo to us within 3 days , just in 3 days after delivery we can make the claim to shipping company with your photo , however please note shipping company needs about 15-30 days to investigate the case , so please be patient
Proof of purchase must be provided for the faulty goods that are returned under warranty. Product Inspections will be carried out by the third party and can take up to 1-6 Weeks, if there is any charges or delays before the repairs are carried out will be informed to customer.
